Acceptable Methods of Payment
Presently payment methods available with SargamMusics.com are through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking and Paypal only. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential. SargamMusics.com and our secure online payment gateways use Secure Sockets Layer security technology to protect your Card information.
We accept all VISA &MasterCard cards – only Indian cards, as International cards would not be supported. For payment gateway you will have to enter your 16 digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3 digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code which is at the back of your card and complete the payment.
International customers can use Paypal for making their payment. Through Paypal payment options they can even use heir Credit cards as well.
Verified By VISA (VBV) and MasterCard Secure Code
With a view of making Online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory , from 1st August 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The “extra level” is a password which you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified By VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).You will have to log onto your banks website for registration and each bank has its own process for registration.
Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.): is not available.
All offer prices on SargamMusics.com are all inclusive; there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image.
After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes in the same. Also combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be cancelled at all. In the event of a non-delivery occurring due to your mistake (wrong name, address or any other wrong information), SargamMusics.com would incur an extra cost for redelivery and the same would be claimed from you.
Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
SargamMusics.com take delivery charges for all products sold on www.SargamMusics.com to your beneficiary address. (Kindly check Pin Code for Delivery Serviceable Area). There are no hidden charges applicable. Delivery time would be minimum 4 business days from the day your order booking and payment is completed on www.SargamMusics.com. The day of booking your order is taken as day 0.
Cancellation of Order
Your orders can be cancelled before it is shipped. In such cases you will get a refund of your order amount with in 15 days. Transaction charges will be deducted from you. If the order cancellation is done after shipping, then you can return the products to Sargam Address and claim for a refund. In this case you will be charged for the shipping and transaction cost.
Returns and Refunds
SargamMusics.com makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product while accepting the delivery. All our products are manufactured under strict quality control environment and are made to last for long. In the unlikely event of any of our products found to be defective, the Company undertakes to replace the same Free of Cost, subject to the following terms and conditions:
The production defect must be reported within 24 hours of receipt Any defects appeared to have happened due to wrong handling, mishandling, etc. are not subject to replacement. The customer is required to return the defective piece to the Company for further investigation and avoidance of such incidents in future and the cost of postage; mailing, etc. are to the account of the customer. Cost for sending the new product will be borne by the Company.
In case of any dispute arising out of this clause or any purchase, the Chief Judicial Magistrates’ court in Thrissur, Kerala State, India will have the jurisdiction to try the case.
